Would you care for a salad?

This is a delectable kumara and bacon salad. I had kumara when I was in NZ, and it just tasted like a funky potato. What was funnier, though, was that all of my students liked to go party at a place called "The Big Kumara." I just found it amusing that the hip place to go was named after a potato-like thing.
